Your contribution to something big
The position will be in our growing department that takes care about the field quality. Your task will include the following points:
Participate in development projects and support the teams
Make field observation for products under your responsibility

Qualifications


What distinguishes you
Engineering background (Bachelor or similar)
Technical background of heat pumps is a plus
Interest in quality work, experience in quality work is a plus
Structured working methods
Self driven multitasker

Fluent in English and Swedish language

IVT Värmepumpar är en ledande leverantör av kompletta värmepumpslösningar, och en del av Boschkoncernen. Vi växer och söker nu en Distriktschef för region väst. Det är därför lämpligt att du bor i regionen.


Arbetet innebär att stötta återförsäljare, hitta nya samarbetspartners och coacha säljare. Därigenom skapar du tillsammans med våra kunder goda förutsättningar för ökad försäljning av IVTs produkter. Du utvecklar IVTs ställning inom distriktet, och har som Distriktschef en mycket viktig roll i att säkerställa vår gemensamma framgång. Du rapporterar direkt till försäljningschef Sverige.


Kravspecifikation
Vad som utmärker dig
IVT söker en entusiastisk person som har drivet som rollen kräver. Branscherfarenhet, nätverk, kunskaper inom VVS-området och tidigare erfarenheter av värmepumpar ser vi som positivt men det är inget krav.
Arbetet som Distriktschef innebär resor inom distriktet därför blir det en hel del resdagar. Din bostadsort blir din placeringsort. Vi är idag ett team bestående väldigt engagerade personer med mångårig erfarenhet inom värmepumpar, och vi är också förärade att ha ett fantastiskt nätverk av bestående duktiga framgångsrika kunder – bordet är dukat.

Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Plan and follow up of activities for the R&D lab team including:
Improvement of current test equipment and facilities
Investment of new test equipment
Prototype builds for running projects
Support in specification for test rigs and equipment and contacts with suppliers
Ensure a safe work environment in the R&D lab
Responsibility for IT-security in the R&D lab
Lead and coach the R&D lab team
