Your contribution to something big
We are looking for an engaged and experienced Quality Engineer who can drive and develop our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be our in-house QMS expert, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure our processes maintain the highest standards.
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Bosch management system requirements
QMS expert and trusted advisor for all departments, supporting practical and value?adding application of requirements
Plan, lead, and execute internal system and process audits, ensuring clear conclusions and sustainable corrective actions
Coordinate and lead external certification and market audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of findings
Lead and govern management system documentation, ensuring compliance, clarity, and usability
Support quality management reviews with fact?based input on system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
Promote a positive, solution?oriented quality culture, coaching process owners and teams across the organization





Qualifications


What distinguishes you:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in engineering, Quality Management, or related
Extensive experience in Quality Management, quality tools, manufacturing processes within a manufacturing environment
Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with strong hands?on audit experience on Quality Methods, processes and tools
Proven ability to independently own and drive a site?level Quality Management System
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred skills:
Experience working as a specialist for Quality Management System in an international industrial organization
Strong communication skills and a positive, solution?oriented attitude that builds trust across departments
Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining strong working relationships

Om tjänsten
Arbetet är praktiskt och sker i en reglerad produktionsmiljö där krav på kvalitet, repeterbarhet och processföljsamhet är en naturlig del. I rollen kommer du huvudsakligen att arbeta med:

Förberedelse av detaljer inför lackering (rengöring, maskering m.m.)
Manuell och/eller automatiserad lackering
Övervakning av lackeringsprocessen
Kontroll och bedömning av ytfinish och kvalitet enligt givna specifikationer
Enklare underhåll och rengöring av lackeringsutrustning
Att följa fastställda rutiner för arbetsmiljö, säkerhet, miljö och kvalitet

Din profil
Vi söker dig som:

Har erfarenhet av industriell lackering eller liknande arbete

Dina arbetsuppgifter I rollen som konstruktör hos ILAB ansvarar du för att kundanpassa och uppdatera tillverkningsunderlag, föreslå materialval och nya tekniska lösningar. Ditt främsta arbetsverktyg är Inventor där du använder CAD för 3D-modellering och produkterna inkluderar olika typer av containrar och entreprenadflak. Job Description
Are you interested in significantly advancing and supporting electrification at Bosch Home Comfort Group? Perhaps you are already familiar with heat pumps, ventilation units, control technology and system solutions with hydraulic superstructures? Or you just want to turn the page of your professional career and try out something new? Then join our team.
Your tasks & responsibilities
You will have daily contact with both Bosch colleagues from other departments and internal customers, to provide technical support for Bosch Electric Solutions’ portfolio with special emphasis on heat pumps.
The basis for your work will be market requests coming into our internal ticketing system; tracking progress, finding answers and communicating continuously with the customer along the way.
Your main focus will be North region/markets, and the Liquid/Water and Exhaust/Air heat pump technologies.
You will take responsibility for analysing technical problems in depth (root cause analysis), in close collaboration with various engineering functions, quality, lifecycle management etc.
For more critical topics, you will take the lead in defining field containment actions. You will also monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
You will contribute with feeding our technical knowledge database with content, as well as sharing updates with the regional technical support teams in regular info sessions.
You may support with market product trainings and maintaining training rooms; monitoring installation of new appliances (done by ext. contractors) and overall improve training facilities in various ways.
You may also be involved in testing SW update concepts/tools for our appliances, as well as carrying out other tests when needed for solving open support inquiries.

Qualifications
Required skills
Education: Degree in an engineering field, alternatively comparable professional experience.
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.

SAP experience.
Familiarity/personal interest of working in a cross-functional, international environment.
Relevant professional communication experience is also a plus; both more formal, written communication or “team-internal collaborative style” (such as conducting and moderating regular meetings).
You have some sort of previous experience involving technical writing/documentation.
Practical experience of heat pumps or refrigeration technology; either from conducting tests or from other practical work, service or maintenance procedures of a heat pump.

Kvalifikationer
Du har en teknisk utbildning på gymnasium/högskolenivå och det är en fördel om du har erfarenhet av att ha jobbat med LEAN konceptet. Som person är du kommunikativ, pedagogisk, flexibel och driven då arbetet innebär mycket samarbete med flera funktioner inom företaget.

Product optimisation and continuous improvement within the lifecycle team. Your contribution to something big:
You will be a key player in solving problems related to electrical design of heat pumps and accessories.
You will break down and solve problems considering requirements for safety, legal, functional, and cost, and come up with pragmatic solutions.
You will support other departments with analysis and troubleshooting of different systemic issues in lab, production and in the field.
You will support problem solving in 8D format and risk assessments.
You will maintain electrical harness CAD revisions working with current and legacy products.
You will collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to support EMC & LVD testing.
You will be hands on and conduct electrical troubleshooting, and testing based on internal and external requirements such as function, EMC & LVD, lifetime, IP etc.
You will take part and contribute to DFMEA.

Your contribution to something big
The internship will mainly focus on cable harness design, sample build and prototyping, electrical testing, and certification (internal requirements, LVD and EMC).
You will primarily support colleagues in the team, both with practical and theoretical tasks and might also be given the opportunity to drive some topics independently.
Examples of tasks:
Install heat pumps in a lab environment, perform tests and write reports
Analyze internal/external requirements and break down electrical requirements according to safety, legal, functional, and cost
Build harness samples and install various electrical components in heat pumps
Support with analysis and troubleshooting of different electrical problems in the lab
Create and/or update cable harnesses in Siemens NX
Support with EMC testing in a 5m SAC EMC chamber or perform various EMC tests outside the chamber

Your contribution to something big
You will support the Technical Engineering Functions Department TEF6.
Your tasks contain improving existing and developing new production systems.
You will gain insights into assembly planning, ergonomics, MTM, and line balancing, including the workplace design of assembly stations, as well as the assembly steps and the required tools, materials and fixtures.
Working with health and safety, as well as supporting the implementation of lean production systems like 5S, will also be part of the job.
During this internship you can also work independently on smaller engineering projects.
The data analysis and presentation of production data will be part of your tasks as well.
You get to expand your interdisciplinary skills by collaborating with the purchasing, engineering, quality, and logistics departments.
It will also be possible to dive deeper into automation technology, pneumatics and electric circuits as well as the calibration of testing systems and rapid prototyping by 3D-printing.

We are looking for a Tolerance Management Expert to join our Engineering Division, based in Tranås, Sweden, where we have our cross-functional teams located close to our testing, prototyping and production facility. The teams consist of skilled, motivated members with diverse expertise.
In this role, you will ensure the dimensional accuracy and functionality of components, systems, and assemblies throughout the design and manufacturing processes. Your expertise will drive the optimization of tolerances to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining product quality and performance.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Perform tolerance stack-up analyses for complex assemblies to ensure components meet functional requirements. Utilize tolerance analysis in CETOL and CAD, SolidWorks, to simulate and validate dimensional accuracy.
Develop optimization strategies to enable tradeoffs between product quality, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability through effective tolerance management.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards, drawings, and reports.
Work closely with engineering- and manufacturing teams to communicate tolerance requirements and resolve dimensional issues.
Investigate and troubleshoot tolerance-related issues during prototyping, testing, and production phases.

Samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen ansvarar bland annat för gator, vatten, avlopp, avfallshantering, parker, begravningsverksamhet och måltidsservice. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Tranås kommun är mitt uppe i en omfattande digitaliseringsprocess med primärt fokus inom Gatu-, Park- och Griftegårdsverksamheten. Det finns stora mängder mätdata att fånga upp från verkligheten, och därför letar vi efter dig som precis påbörjat resan inom mät- och kartområdet.
Som mättekniker är du en resurs till förvaltningen. Det innebär allt från enklare mätning av grusvägar, lekplatser, gravplatser, inventering av träd, brunnslock etcetera, till komplett kartering av t ex industritomter, naturmark, projekteringsunderlag osv. Du ansvarar för hela ledet från inmätning till färdigt underlag för våra olika kartor.

KVALIFIKATIONER

OM ARBETSPLATSEN
Kommunledningsförvaltningen är den centrala förvaltningen i Tranås kommun och består av avdelningarna tillväxt, ekonomi och upphandling, HR, IT, kommunikation och service, kansli samt samhällsskydd och beredskap. Förvaltningen stöttar kommunstyrelsen och kommunfullmäktige i dess uppdrag att leda, samordna och följa upp den kommunala verksamheten.
Vi söker nu en planarkitekt som kommer att arbeta under kommunledningsförvaltningen på Tillväxtavdelningen. Denna tjänst kommer till stor del att arbeta mot Boxholms kommun som vi nu påbörjar en samverkan med inom fysisk planering. Avdelningen består av 12 personer med uppgifter inom översiktsplanering, stadsutveckling, detaljplaner, lokalfrågor, GIS, mark-och exploatering. Avdelningen arbetar i nära samarbete med övriga förvaltningar för att driva våra projekt framåt.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I rollen som planarkitekt ansvarar du för att driva dina uppdrag framåt med goda resultat. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att upprätta planhandlingar och genomföra hela planprocessen, hålla i samrådsmöten samt upprätta plankartor i Geosecma. Du får leda och driva projekt i samarbete med kollegor, politiker, exploatörer, konsulter, myndigheter och allmänhet. Vidare ingår redovisningar av pågående planarbeten inför olika politiska nämnder och styrelser, att leda informationsmöten med allmänheten, svara på frågor och ge upplysningar om kommunens planer och utveckling. Our department (Engineering Product Quality, Processes and Methods - EPM) is part of the Electric Solutions (ES) development division of Bosch Home Comfort (HC). Our focus is on the safe and reliable operation of the products throughout their entire service life. In new product development, we actively help to shape this, e. g. through technical risk management and validation.
As part of our team, you will work in the process of designing reliability for specific components in the refrigerant circuit of heat pumps and perform the following tasks:

Som Master Planner på Euroform Group AB ansvarar du för att säkerställa en effektiv och optimerad produktionsplanering. As an Industry 4.0 Engineer, you are part of a specialist team that provides support for all manufacturing technology topics for Bosch Home Comfort's production unit in Tranås, Sweden. The work is conducted in a dynamic international environment with numerous contacts within the Bosch Group both locally and abroad.
You actively contribute to develop and create the conditions for a more efficient production setup in order to optimize manufacturing with special emphasis on quality and productivity while working together with Industry 4.0 Engineers, Project Managers, Production Engineers, and external suppliers.
This is achieved by continuously developing and executing our industry 4.0 roadmap and Bosch centrally derived projects, as well as supporting to maintain, implement and troubleshoot the IT in Manufacturing, according to the Bosch and ISO standards.
Qualifications

Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som konstruktör hos ILAB ansvarar du för att kundanpassa och uppdatera konstruktionsritningar, föreslå materialval och nya tekniska lösningar. Ditt främsta arbetsverktyg är Inventor där du använder CAD för 3D-modellering och produkterna inkluderar olika typer av containrar och entreprenadflak. Du ingår i ett team bestående av fem konstruktörer och får möjlighet att vara delaktig i hela projekt, från kundkontakt och idé till konstruktion och tillverkning. På ILAB värderas teamwork högt och du arbetar nära samtliga kollegor inom bolaget samtidigt som du har tät kontakt med samarbetspartner i Polen.

Assisting in IoT/Industry 4.0 topics
Administrative tasks to support local Production Engineering manager

Vi söker en utvecklingsingenjör med ett brinnande intresse för teknik och som trivs i ett högt tempo.
Som utvecklingsingenjör hos oss blir du en del av teamet på R&D som arbetar med utveckling av nya produkter. Dina närmsta kollegor är andra utvecklingsingenjörer, teknikrådgivare och testingenjörer. Du arbetar i projektform och kommer därmed att vara en del av olika projektteam och samarbeta med olika avdelningar inom företaget.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är civil-/högskoleingenjör inom maskinteknik eller motsvarande med flera års erfarenhet från liknande arbete. Du ska vara bekväm med att göra beräkningar och vi blir extra glada om du har dessa erfarenheter från företag med tillverkande industri. Vi ser gärna att du har kunskaper inom 3D-CAD då vi använder oss av Solid Works och PLM system. Vidare är du van att arbeta i projektform och kan på egen hand arbeta med kravnedbrytning. Vad gäller språk så både talar och skriver du obehindrat på svenska och engelska.

Som person är du flexibel och alltid redo för förändring. Du är kundorienterad och har en stark vilja att lösa de problem och frågor som kan uppstå, vilket förutsätter att du trivs med lagarbete, är ödmjuk och har lätt för att kommunicera och samarbeta med andra i och utanför organisationen. Ditt bidrag till något stort
I rollen som provningsingenjör utför du praktisk provning av värmepumpar och delkomponenter i vårt EMC labb. Detta gör vi för att säkerställa att våra produkter uppfyller uppställda krav enligt gällande direktiv och produktstandarder. Du kommer utföra provning på produkter både för hemmabruk och lätt industri. I jobbet ingår att läsa och förstå de standarder vi provar mot samt att skriva rapporter på genomförd provning.
Du kommer att arbeta både självständigt i olika plattformsprojekt, men ingår även i ett team av ingenjörer där ni samarbetar för att tillsammans uppnå de uppsatta målen. Eftersom stora delar av jobbet är i vårt labb är det viktigt att du är både praktiskt lagd och en van problemlösare.

Vad som utmärker dig
Vi tror att du har en relevant teknisk utbildning inom elektronik, elektroteknik alternativt fysik. Kanske har du även bakgrund från ett praktiskt yrke inom elbranschen.
Du har kunskaper inom EMC.

OM ARBETSPLATSEN


Samhällsbyggnadsförvaltningen ansvarar bland annat för gator, vatten, avlopp, avfallshantering, parker, begravningsverksamhet och måltidsservice. Som anställd inom vår förvaltning har du chansen att utvecklas och göra skillnad för stadens nuvarande och framtida invånare. Vår verksamhet är i ständig utveckling för att forma framtidens Tranås. 


Projektavdelningen är samhällbyggnadsförvaltningens interna teknikkonsultgrupp och ansvarar för verksamhetsområdet teknik- och infrastrukturprojekt. Avdelningen hanterar Tranås kommuns mark- och anläggningsprojekt inom nya exploateringsområden, gator och vägar, gång- och cykelvägar, VA-ledningar, dagvattenanläggningar, parker och allmänna platser. Vidare arbetar projektavdelningen även som en stödresurs åt förvaltningens tillståndspliktiga verksamheter. Detta för att säkerställa att verksamheternas miljöarbete uppfyller ställda miljökrav från tillståndsmyndigheten.


Tranås kommun har idag en ung kart- och mätavdelning som startades maj 2022. Idag består det av två glada medarbetare som letar efter en tredje att dela uppdrag med.


ARBETSUPPGIFTER


Du kommer bland annat arbeta med att producera olika typer av kartor, ajourhållning av geodatabaser, upprätta rutiner för olika tjänster, plantolkning, gränsvisningar, samt lägeskontroller. Den tekniska utvecklingen inom området går fort och vi genomgår just nu en utvärderingsperiod gällande drönare. Vi arbetar bland annat med program som ArcMap/ArcGis, Geosecma, AutoCAD Civil 3D, QGIS, SBG Geo och mjukvara kopplat till Leicas mätutrustning


KVALIFIKATIONER


Vi söker dig som har högskoleutbildning inom lantmäteri och erfarenhet av kommunal GIS, kart- och mätverksamhet. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap inom det fastighetsrättsliga området, god kännedom av samhällsbyggnadsprocessen och framtagandet av olika kartprodukter.

Om företaget
Bosch Thermoteknik AB i Tranås utvecklar, tillverkar och säljer värmepumpar för den europeiska marknaden. Vi är cirka 1000 medarbetare och utgör en del av den Boschkoncernen som består av cirka 420 000 medarbetare världen över.

Vi arbetar med hållbar förenkling av vardagen där stort fokus ligger på miljö, innovation och utveckling. I Tranås finns en produktionsenhet och ett kompetens- och R&D center. De värmepumpar vi tillverkar hämtar energi från olika källor - berget, vattnet eller luften. Vi arbetar för att ständigt ligga i framkant och bidrar till hållbar energi och en bättre miljö med målet att skapa en förenklad vardag för våra kunder. Dina arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Produktionsledare har du det övergripande ansvaret för nattskiftet. Du leder och fördelar arbetet för din avdelning och ger dina medarbetare rätt förutsättningar för att uppnå en god arbetsmiljö, hög effektivitet, produktivitet och kvalitet.

Du har ett brett kontaktnät internt där du samarbetar med övriga produktionsledare, dina teamledare, HR och andra avdelningar på siten, såsom kvalité och underhåll. Du rapporterar direkt till produktionschef och dina arbetstider är förlagda på natten.

Din profil
För att komma till din rätt i rollen som Produktionsledare ser vi att du har erfarenhet från liknande roll sedan tidigare med ett personalansvar för en större grupp. Du känner dig hemma i tillverkande industri och har med fördel varit i en ledande befattning i snarlik verksamhet som Bosch. Det är starkt meriterande om du har kompetensutvecklats i form av ledarskapsutbildningar tidigare. Administration och affärssystem sätter du dig in i med enkelhet samtidigt som du behärskar både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

I dina tidigare erfarenheter har du funnit en fallenhet för ledarskap där dina framgångsrika verktyg varit en tydlig kommunikation där du når fram till både medarbetare och kollegor. Du trivs i en organisation med god struktur där du ställs inför utmaningar och problemlösning och är van vid att ta beslut. Vi ser gärna att du är skicklig på att leda och fördela arbetet samt har förmågan att identifiera och prioritera uppgifter på ett effektivt sätt. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.
