1. Leadership, Team Development & Performance Management:
Disciplinary and technical leadership of the HC-ES/XLM1 team.
Active Team Leadership: Ensuring the team understands product development focus areas and implements the HC-ES/XLM strategy.
Goal Setting & Coaching: Setting individual and team goals and tasks, actively supporting goal achievement, and coaching team members.

2. Strategic Investment & Budget Management (Engineering Laboratory & Workshop for HC-ES Product Development):
Budget & Investment Oversight: Manage the strategic and investment budgets for the HC-ES/XLM1 Engineering Laboratory and Workshop.
Investment Strategy: Develop and execute Tranås' location-specific investment strategy for product development, aligned with the overarching HC-ES/XLM strategy and product portfolio. Regularly review investment plans (e.g., against the HC-ES project roadmap).
Budget & Prioritization Management: Manage the Tranås budget, prioritizing HC-ES product development needs while considering overarching XLM priorities.
Planning & Guidance: Prepare current and future year planning, providing leadership and guidance for investment project leaders.

4. Laboratory Operations, Infrastructure & Efficiency:
Lab & Facility Management: Oversee MAE facilities and laboratory equipment, ensuring safe operation (HC-ES/XLM1), maintenance, staff training, and rapid malfunction response. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025/14511, and legal regulations.
Safety & Coordination: Conduct regular safety rounds and coordinate with Engineering Managers.
Test Rig Management: Mediate weekly test rig bookings, participate in HC-ES/XLM quarterly planning, and proactively boost test rig efficiency and utilization.
Testing & Methods: Roll out ES test standards for strategy, methodology, and automation, building specialist competence.
Tracking & KPIs: Establish and maintain a system for tracking and reporting KPIs to management and stakeholders.
Synergy & Compliance: Ensure Tranås-specific investments align with synergies at other ES locations, and all tasks comply with Bosch guidelines.





Qualifications


What distinguishes you
Completed university degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable technical field.
Proven experience in managing budgets and leading teams in a demanding laboratory and/or test field environment.
Broad technical experience within a relevant technical discipline.
Experience in testing heat pumps or similar systems.
Expertise in strategic investment and project management (CAPEX).
Distinct analytical skills and strategic thinking to grasp complex correlations and make well-founded decisions.
High degree of initiative, assertiveness, and solution-orientation.
Excellent communication, moderation, and team leadership skills, also in an international context.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken) are mandatory.

Your contribution to something big
As a Nordic Product manager at Bosch Home Comfort you will be responsible for the Nordic high output/Commercial Heat pump Portfolio. You will also be responsible for maintaining products, as well as new upcoming projects for the Nordic countries.
Nordic heat pump portfolio ownership
You will manage and develop the Nordic commercial product portfolio for heat pumps, including air-to-water systems, and geothermal solutions.
Product development and updates for all Nordic markets
You are responsible for ensuring continuous product improvements, updates, and lifecycle management across the entire Nordic region.
Balanced strategic and operational responsibilities
The role combines long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational work, with an approximate split of 60% strategic and 40% operational tasks depending on project timing and needs
Compliance with Bosch standards
You ensure that all product-related processes, documentation, and quality standards are fully aligned with Bosch requirements.

The position can be placed both in Tranås, Sweden or our location in Copenhagen, Denmark.


Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
University degree, preferably a Master’s in a relevant field; alternatively, extensive and relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
Strong knowledge of heat pump and/or refrigeration technology, with a particular focus on commercial and property heat pump systems.
Previous professional experience working with heat pumps, preferably within product management, technical support, sales, or a similar field.
Fluent in English as well as either Swedish or Danish

Preferred skills:
Previous experience within the heat pump industry.
Strategic experience within the heat pump sector, including a solid understanding of installation requirements and processes.
Prior work experience with Bosch is considered an advantage.

You will have the opportunity to join into a cross-functional systems engineering team for Residential Heat Pumps in Tranas with strong interlinks to Wernau and Aveiro. You will create an essential value add into successful product introduction of our heat pump business.
Create something new:
You are actively running the creation and implementation of the Modular Product Architecture for Heat Pumps (focus Liquid Water heat pumps).
By that you will
develop technical concepts and interface descriptions for future modularization and align them with the responsible stakeholders.

Map features and functionality with technical solutions/products in alignment with Product & Portfolio Management.

You organize the product architecture in collaboration with main stakeholders. This includes the decomposition of requirements from appliance to modules.
You make the modularization in terms of variants, reusability and complexity transparent.
You drive digitalization and innovation by leveraging MBSE principles and SysML-modelling.

Live cooperation:
The international setup, with stakeholders in Tranas, Wernau and Aveiro requires the willingness of proactive communication and traveling.

You are the central contact person of product architecture for liquid water heat pumps in the development between the module-, product- and system-engineering.

You will be executing product audits and driving open topics with cross-functional teams to maintain and increase the quality of series production and development projects.

As intern in the Engineering Lifecycle Department you will be supporting us in our current projects regarding lifecycle topics.
In this role, you’ll tackle diverse tasks aimed at solving issues that occur throughout the lifecycle of heat pumps
You will conduct research and compile information to provide support to your colleagues’ projects
You’ll be given the opportunity to manage your own project, overseeing its planning, coordination, and execution

Product optimisation and continuous improvement within the lifecycle team. Your contribution to something big:
You will be a key player in solving problems related to electrical design of heat pumps and accessories.
You will break down and solve problems considering requirements for safety, legal, functional, and cost, and come up with pragmatic solutions.
You will support other departments with analysis and troubleshooting of different systemic issues in lab, production and in the field.
You will support problem solving in 8D format and risk assessments.
You will maintain electrical harness CAD revisions working with current and legacy products.
You will collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to support EMC & LVD testing.
You will be hands on and conduct electrical troubleshooting, and testing based on internal and external requirements such as function, EMC & LVD, lifetime, IP etc.
You will take part and contribute to DFMEA.

Om rollen


Som montör hos oss arbetar du på flera olika stationer och monterar olika modeller av värmepumpar. Arbetsuppgifterna består av linbaserat monteringsarbete med stort fokus på kvalitet och effektivitet.
Som truckförare inom produktionsenheten arbetar du främst med intern materialhantering såsom upplock av material samt påfyllnad av olika typer av komponenter till produktionslinorna.

Join the Appliance – Testing & Development Team and be at the forefront of bringing cutting-edge heat pump technology to market! As the appliance team, we are positioned where the work of different teams comes together (e.g. software, hydraulic & refrigerant technology). We maintain the overview of project requirements and ensure their fulfillment.
Your key responsibilities include:
Serve as the interface between the project stakeholders and the development engineers in the team, ensuring smooth execution of project tasks in the team. You will create and maintain the project time plan for the team & communicate project expectations and deviations from the plan transparently with the team
Support the team in the task breakdown considering requirements, timeline and priority
Manage the requirement engineering, plan the verification by creating and maintaining test plans and document the status of fulfillment

Join the Appliance – Testing & Development Team and play a vital role in bringing cutting-edge heat pump technology to market! We are a dynamic group responsible for the full development cycle, from concept development to final release. We employ a blended approach of virtual simulation, rigorous lab testing and customer site field tests. As a Testing and Development Engineer, you will be at the heart of this process, contributing to the development and validation of our newest developments. Your key responsibilities will include:
Executing and documenting lab-based hardware and functional testing of heat pumps at appliance and system level to validate the functionality and identify areas for improvement
Designing and creating test plans that align with industry standards and internal requirements
Bridging hardware and software development by collaborating closely with our software development colleagues by creating, reviewing and interpreting technical specifications particularly focusing on function descriptions

Granskning och hantering av garantiärenden: Noggrann genomgång och bedömning av inkomna ärenden.

Lokal IT-support: Hantera lokala applikationer, behörigheter, användaradministration, grunddata, applikationskontroller och felsökning.

Beredskap: Inga stopp i produktionen! Du kommer att ingå i vår beredskapsjour för att säkerställa snabb respons på IT-relaterade problem och minimera driftstopp.
Nordiskt samarbete: På sikt kan rollen innebära samarbete och support till våra nordiska kollegor, vilket bidrar till en mer enhetlig IT-miljö.
IT-administration: Behörighetshantering, Cybersäkerhet, Informationssäkerhet. Delta i aktiviteter relaterade till IT-styrning, inklusive GDPR och säkerhet.
Dataanalys: Utnyttja Power BI för att analysera data och skapa insikter som kan förbättra våra processer.
Power Automate, att jobba med att hjälpa avdelningar att automatisera och förenkla deras vardag.

Vem är du?

Grundläggande kunskaper inom SAP (fördelaktigt men inte ett krav).
Erfarenhet av Power BI och databashantering, .

During your full-time internship you will have the opportunity to work with Project Purchasing team. This offers a broad workload and a lot of different insights.
You will be supporting the Purchasing Engineering Team which actively participates in the introduction of new products.
You will assist with preparing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and industrial cooperation agreements (ICAs), ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Preparing requests of quotation for supplier scouting will also be a part of your duties

Your contribution to something big
You will support the Technical Engineering Functions Department TEF6.
Your tasks contain improving existing and developing new production systems.
You will gain insights into assembly planning, ergonomics, MTM, and line balancing, including the workplace design of assembly stations, as well as the assembly steps and the required tools, materials and fixtures.
Working with health and safety, as well as supporting the implementation of lean production systems like 5S, will also be part of the job.
During this internship you can also work independently on smaller engineering projects.
The data analysis and presentation of production data will be part of your tasks as well.
You get to expand your interdisciplinary skills by collaborating with the purchasing, engineering, quality, and logistics departments.

You will lead a multi-functional team with 20+ associates for heat pump appliance development, with sub-teams in electrical engineering, mechanical design, and testing & development.
You will lead and coach both group leaders and associates.
You will plan and follow up activities in project execution and contribute to future portfolio and roadmap.
You will work as product series owner for liquid/water and exhaust air/water heat pump with responsibility in product series specification, CAD structure in TC, BOM in SAP, control and maintenance of the engineering change contents.
You will manage interfaces with cross-functional module teams and enhance collaboration locally and with cross-locational product areas.
You will develop tools and methods including lab facility and model-based engineering.
You will drive innovation and collaboration activities with external BUs and institutes.

Become part of an international team of logistics experts at Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) with a special focus on the Business Unit Electric Solutions (ES) - the unit responsible for Bosch’s heat pump portfolio. In the international manufacturing network, we are responsible for the introduction and coordination of a HC-wide logistical quantity planning process (S&OP;) from sales and production planning to capacity coordination with our suppliers. As the link between central logistics, business units, sales, and the production plants, we are the first point of contact for all overarching logistics issues. In addition, we are responsible for the operational management of global shortages, for coordinating the distribution of available purchased parts to production plants and the allocation of finished goods to countries. Our broad area of responsibility also includes the logistical support of new launches in the product portfolio. Our tasks furthermore include performance management about inventories and the availability of goods in the plants and markets.
Own and drive logistics performance: Take full responsibility for Logistics Performance Management within the Business Unit ES. Focus on key KPIs such as inventory levels and product availability, with a particular emphasis on optimizing slow- and non-moving inventory.
Forecast analysis and corrective actions: Conduct deep-dive analyses of forecast developments to identify and explain deviations. Collaborate with markets and plants to define and initiate targeted countermeasures.
Planning process leadership: Actively contribute to planning processes such as the Business Plan (BP) and Current Forecast (CF). Set and monitor logistics targets across markets and plants to ensure goal achievement and transparency.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with senior management, global logistics controlling, plant and sales logistics stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment and decision-making throughout the organization.
Reporting and system ownership: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Key User of the SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) for logistics reports, lead system enhancements and enable users through training and support initiatives within ES.
Supply chain optimization: Analyze end-to-end supply chains to uncover improvement potential. Independently manage and implement impactful optimization projects. Present results and actionable recommendations in a concise, decision-ready format for both departmental and management-level meetings.

Som en av våra tre servicedistriktschefer kommer du att arbeta med att etablera och vidhålla goda relationer med våra servicepartners genom regelbundna besök, möten, utbildningar och avtal och se till att vi täcker hela Sverige med kompetenta servicepartners. Du kommer aktivt arbeta med utveckling av våra installatörer och servicepartners. Du kommer tillhöra vårt team på serviceavdelningen som har mångårig kompetens och stor erfarenhet av teknisk support. Du kommer att vara länken mellan sälj, service och kvalitét.
Placeringsort utgår från din bostad men för att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du behöver vara på plats runt 2-4 dagar i månaden på vårt huvudkontor i Tranås. Tjänsten innebär ca 2-3 resdagar per vecka där förmånsbil ingår.

You will lead and coach both group leaders and associates.

As a full-time intern in the Production Engineering department, you actively contribute to develop and create the conditions for a more efficient production setup to optimize manufacturing.
In this role you will be supporting the local Production Engineering department with daily project management tasks
You will have the opportunity to plan and execute your own production related projects
Evaluating data and creating statistics will allow you to follow up on KPIs of the production

As an Intern in Quality Management at Bosch Thermoteknik AB, you will perform a variety of tasks and support current projects to increase the maturity of quality management systems for our plant.
You will be executing product audits and driving open topics with cross-functional teams to maintain and increase quality of series production and development projects. You will perform EMC testing according to appropriate test standards/EMC directive on heat pumps but also on a wide range of components and accessories
Maintain ownership of projects and report test results to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
Provide input and recommendations to electrical and mechanical designers at all project phases
Responsible for writing reports and updating EMC related guidelines
Conduct and manage regulatory certification related projects and provide technical advice to designers and management
Establish interaction with various Bosch suppliers to set EMC related requirements and advise on technical issues and questions
Be a part of an internal Bosch EMC expert group
Implement and maintain laboratory related maintenance
Ensure calibration of all equipment
