Your contribution to something big
You will take responsibility in the reporting process of the Business Unit Electric Solutions
Creating and automating reports, dashboards, and presentations will also be in your area of responsibility
You will analyze and optimize data flows and analyses on sales figures, forecasts, and others
By evaluating data structures you will help identify ways to enhance business optimization
You will support the Controlling department of the Heat Pump business in Europe in ad-hoc analyses
Ensuring data quality and integrity will also be part of your duties
You will contribute to the development of data models to tackle business challenges

During your internship, the focus will be also on development opportunities by getting hands-on experience in financial planning and data analysis. You will gain in-depth knowledge of heat pump technology and be a part of advancing the green transition across Europe.
Duration of the internship: 6 months, preferably starting in September 2026

We are seeking a driven and skilled professional to take responsibility for the profitability development of the Business Team PAL (L/W segment) within the Business Unit Electric Solutions. In this role, you will support the Business Owner with all economic matters and play a vital role in steering the team's success.
Your main responsibilities include:
Defining and tracking measures to achieve target profitability and drive profitable growth for the Business Team. Derive actions with Business Owner and Business Team to reach long-term profitability, including inputs from financial and product cost benchmark.
Supporting Product Development Projects, providing profitability calculations and economic analyses during the process and after-market launch. Managing fixed cost budgets in the R&D area.
Acting as the commercial sparring partner for the Business Owner and the Business Team, collaborating closely with colleagues in product management, Controlling, Development, and Sales, and increase financial awareness of stakeholders.
Serving as the key contact for all economic matters within the Sales Region North Europe for Electric Solutions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with international leaders and stakeholders from Product, Central, and Sales areas.

Arbetsuppgifter
Du har personalansvar för förvaltningens administrativa personal samt eventuellt annan personal.

Fokus i rollen ligger på att aktivt stödja rektorer i det långsiktiga målet att ta kontroll över den egna enhetens resultat. Detta kan bl.a. ske genom att ansvara för att ta fram underlag och förslag till övergripande budget och fördelning till de olika verksamheterna samt detaljbudget tillsammans med rektorer och enhetschefer. Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig med högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren finner relevant. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från offentlig verksamhet samt av något eller fler av följande områden; skolfrågor, bidragsansökningar och lokalfrågor.

Som person drivs du av utveckling samt har en analytisk förmåga och ser hur helheten och detaljer hänger ihop.
