Job Description
Your contribution to something big
During your internship at the department for international technical support and training you will get a broad insight into project management, training, and market communication. The focus will be set on your skills and your field of interest. That gives you the chance to drive your own topics.
Participation in the maintenance of information platforms for internal and external stakeholders
Actively support in the departments market communication
Active participation in the department’s improvement and development activities
Support your team with daily ad hoc tasks (e.g. plan meetings and workshops, maintain department databases, other organizational topics)
Support in digitalization of trainings

Duration of the internship: 6 months preferably starting in March 2024.


Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Personality:
You have an optimistic attitude, innovative spirit and good communication skills
You have social competence, the endurance to follow up tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a team

Working Practice:
You can work independently and have a structured and well-organized way of working, with a strong sense of taking own initiatives

Experience and Knowledge:
You have already gathered some previous work experience
You are confident in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat DC

Language:
You are fluent in English, both verbally and written

Education:
You are an enrolled student pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, international communication or comparable
