Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Create service related documentation such as service manuals, alarm lists and function descriptions. Function description is a detailed description of all functions in the heat pump controllers. This requires a tight collaboration with corresponding engineering functions, especially software development.
Publish content in our digital distribution channels
Document service information and useful service hints
Document problem solving articles
Monitor progress in problem solving teams in order to inform the markets



Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Knowledge of the English language, written and verbal, on a professional level
Self organized and ability to build up planning structures
Ability to convey and deliver messages effectively
Ability to work effectively with a team, as well with cross-function and cross-site teams
Ability to create a contact network cross-organization
Experience from content management systems is a merit
