Your profile
To be successful in this role we believe that you are eager to add to your earlier experience, as a technician, engineer, product manager or a toolmaker within sheet metal forming.
From your earlier roles, you have developed critical thinking skills and ability to think creatively to address customer challenges into innovations.
You are an analytical thinker with the ability to think long-term while making tactical decisions. This includes understanding market trends and finding opportunities.

As an intern in Manufacturing Engineering you will support the local colleagues with their daily tasks.
This includes your involvement in
improvement projects in production (Kaizen)
line support topics involving problem solving techniques (8D, problem solving sheet).
Analysis of data from production like downtimes, bottlenecks or first-pass rate
Standardization of processes and routines

Furthermore, you will support with general organizational tasks and in special projects.

Our department (Engineering Product Quality, Processes and Methods - EPM) is part of the Electric Solutions (ES) development division of Bosch Home Comfort (HC). Our focus is on the safe and reliable operation of the products throughout their entire service life. In new product development, we actively help to shape this, e. g. through technical risk management and validation.
As part of our team, you will work in the process of designing reliability for specific components in the refrigerant circuit of heat pumps and perform the following tasks:
You will conduct lifetime assessments for new components
Performing reliability tests will also be a part of your duties
You will be doing systematic load determination based on field data
You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development activities for our Engineering team

Duration of the internship: 6 months, preferably starting in March 2025
Location: on-site in our plant in Tranås, Sweden

I din roll som kvalitetstekniker jobbar du främst med support för kvalitetsrelaterade problem åt våra olika produktionsfunktioner. Du kommer också jobba med frågor rörande retur och reklamation från såväl grossister, återförsäljare och installatörer på Returcenter.

Produktionssupport av defekta delar, analys och problemlösning

As an Automation / Industry 4.0 Engineer, you are part of a specialist team that provides support for all manufacturing technology topics for Bosch TT's production unit in Tranås, Sweden. The work is conducted in a dynamic international environment with numerous contacts within the BOSCH Group both locally and abroad.

Som produktionstekniker på Bosch Thermoteknik jobbar du tätt med arbetsledarna i produktionen. Du bidrar aktivt till att förebygga och åtgärda stopp eller förseningar i linorna och ser till att kvalitet och produktivitet är så hög som möjligt. Du rapporterar till produktionsledare.

Job Description


Your contribution to something big


Scrum Master for heat pump development and industrialization
Implement Scrum methods in the organization and support the shift from waterfall including both Software and Hardware development
Scrum master for our most important new development for the Nordic markets
Coach/support other teams in applying scrum methodologies
Manage timelines, resolving problems, facilitate communication, remove impediments, support implementation of improvements
Coordinate the scrum events: sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
You will be our go-to person for apply scrum to produce high-quality work





Qualifications


What distinguishes you


Required skills


Strong leader taking responsibility for targets of time, cost, quality in line with customers’ demands
Proven experience in a Scrum Master role. Preferably from scrum in HW and SW.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement, release plan, visualization)
Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Excellent communication and supportive leadership style
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Understanding of the challenges added with HW development and production in combination with scrum
Having a good technical understanding, preferred Master of Science degree
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish in speaking and writing



Preferred skills


Experience in Project Management
Preferably PMP certificate
Good coaching skills in how to use Scrum
Structured but can think “outside the box”
Outstanding organizational skills
Knowledge especially Jira for Scrum usage
