I denna roll får du en central position där du ansvarar för att etablera struktur, leda ett testteam och säkerställa kvalitet i hela testprocessen. Arbetsuppgifter
Som Test Lead ansvarar du för att leda och koordinera ett team av testingenjörer inom flera olika tekniska områden. Du säkerställer att testaktiviteter planeras, genomförs och följs upp i enlighet med uppsatta mål och krav. Rollen innebär att du driver arbetet framåt genom att skapa struktur kring testplaner, testfall och dokumentation samt säkerställer att resultat dokumenteras och kommuniceras på ett tydligt sätt.
Du fungerar som en central kontaktpunkt mellan olika testdiscipliner och ansvarar för löpande rapportering och statusuppdateringar till både interna och externa intressenter. Arbetet omfattar testning inom elektriska system, kylsystem samt mjukvara och hårdvara, där du har ett övergripande ansvar för samordning och kvalitetssäkring.
Kvalifikationer
Flera års erfarenhet av test och verifiering i teknisk miljö


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda eller koordinera testarbete, exempelvis som Test Lead


Erfarenhet av arbete i labb- eller testmiljö


God förmåga att strukturera och dokumentera testprocesser


Erfarenhet av rapportering och kommunikation med olika intressenter


Erfarenhet av arbete i internationella miljöer

Perform function testing of heat pumps at appliance and system level in the lab, incl. domestic hot water and central heating


Create test plans, execute and document development tests, in accordance with standards and internal requirements


Create, review and understand technical specifications with focus on function descriptions towards the software team and collaborate with software development


Design, document and support implementation of functional test procedures for mass production


Contribute to the development of virtual models & simulation of heat pump systems



Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Education:
Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

Technical skills required:
Knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics


Working experience in function testing in the lab at system or appliance level

Technical skills preferred:
Refrigeration application or residential heating background


Experience in writing function descriptions and testing descriptions


Proficiency with Matlab Simulink, experience in modeling and simulation

Personal skills

Your contribution to something big
You will, in large, install heat pumps in a lab environment, perform tests and write reports.
You will analyze internal and external requirements and produce material order specifications.
You will break down and analyze electrical requirements according to safety, legal, functional, and cost.
You will participate in supplier meetings.
You will build harness samples from the ground up and install various electrical components in heat pumps.
You will support other departments with analysis and troubleshooting of different electrical problems in the lab, production and in the field.
You will drive 8D topics and risk assessments.
You will take part in and drive FMEA’s.



Qualifications

Required skills
Relevant electrical education or several years of experience as an appliance or component tester.
Experience in electrical testing according to relevant product standards and troubleshooting.
Self-driven and experienced with various tools for building physical samples.
Problem solving mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience using various electrical test equipment e.g. multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers etc.
Certified electrician.

I rollen som testingenjör planerar, utför och dokumenterar du test på värmepumpar, delkomponenter och kablage för att säkerställa produktkvalitet och hållbarhet.
Du ansvarar för kravspecifikationer på elektronikkomponenter och säkerställer att design följer regler avseende elsäkerhet och EMC.
Du arbetar med att bygga, testa och utvärdera olika konstruktionslösningar.

I rollen som testingenjör kommer du delta i granskning av produktdesign, riskbedömningar och FMEA. Du bidrar med lösningar i enlighet med funktion, kostnad, kvalité och användarkrav.


Kravspecifikation
Vad som utmärker dig
Avklarad högskoleutbildning inom el, elektronik, fysik alternativt mekatronik eller annan jämförbar utbildning med kunskaper inom el, elektronik eller termodynamik. Arbetslivserfarenhet inom området är önskvärt men ej krav för denna roll.
Du är bekväm med att arbeta med specifikationer samt testning av elektronisk hårdvara, komponenter och system.
Meriterande med kunskap inom industristandard, företrädesvis EN60335.
Som person kan du visa på analytisk förmåga och problemlösande. Du tar ansvar för egna arbetet och applicerar eget initiativ för att hitta lösningar.

You will perform EMC testing according to appropriate test standards / EMC directive on heat pumps but also a wide range of components and accessories.
You will maintain ownership of projects and report test results to internal stake holders in a timely manner.
You will Interact with various Bosch-suppliers, setting EMC related requirements and advise on technical issues and questions.

Experience/knowledge in test automation
Programming experience in some language like C#, c/c++, python
Experience/knowledge in modern development tools
(Jira, xray, butbucket, jenkins)

Experience and knowledge in some of the following are valued high:
Matlab / simulink experience
Hardware and software in the loop testing
Practical experience of handling electronics like measurments with oscilloscope, soldering etc.
Experience in agile work environments
Knowledge of heatpumps and thermodynamics
Knowledge and experience working with various communication buses like CAN, LIN, modbus
Certificate in ISTQB or eqvivalent
