Vi söker en senior Test Lead för ett uppdrag inom ett tekniskt avancerat testteam. Uppdraget innebär ett övergripande ansvar för att leda, samordna och strukturera testarbete inom flera discipliner – elektrisk testning, kylsystem samt mjukvara och hårdvara. Du fungerar som den sammanhållande länken mellan testingenjörerna och kundens organisation, med ansvar för framdrift, kvalitet och kommunikation genom hela testprocessen.
Arbetsuppgifter
Leda och koordinera ett team av testingenjörer inom flera testdiscipliner


Säkerställa planering, genomförande och uppföljning av testaktiviteter


Ansvara för avrapportering och statusuppdateringar till kund och interna intressenter


Skapa struktur kring testplaner, testfall och dokumentation


Säkerställa att testresultat dokumenteras och kommuniceras tydligt


Fungera som teknisk och organisatorisk samordnare mellan teamets olika testområden

Teamet arbetar inom följande testområden, där du har ett övergripande koordineringsansvar:
Elektrisk testning – LVD, jordningstest, kabeldragning samt spännings- och strömmätningar


Kylsystem – effektivitet (COP), kapacitet, frost/avfrostning samt styrning och funktion


Mjukvara och hårdvara – verifiering av styrsystem, hydrauliska tester samt funktionstester

Krav
Flera års erfarenhet av test och verifiering i teknisk miljö


Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att leda eller koordinera testarbete i rollen som Test Lead eller motsvarande


Erfarenhet av att arbeta i labb- eller testmiljö


God förmåga att strukturera och dokumentera testarbete


Erfarenhet av rapportering och kommunikation mot olika intressenter


Erfarenhet av att arbeta i internationella miljöer


Flytande svenska och engelska, i såväl tal som skrift


Erfarenhet av Matlab/Simulink samt Jira

Meriterande

Ditt bidrag till något stort
I rollen som testingenjör planerar, utför och dokumenterar du test på värmepumpar, delkomponenter och kablage för att säkerställa produktkvalitet och hållbarhet.
Du ansvarar för kravspecifikationer på elektronikkomponenter och säkerställer att design följer regler avseende elsäkerhet och EMC.
Du arbetar med att bygga, testa och utvärdera olika konstruktionslösningar.

I rollen som testingenjör kommer du delta i granskning av produktdesign, riskbedömningar och FMEA. Du bidrar med lösningar i enlighet med funktion, kostnad, kvalité och användarkrav.


Kravspecifikation
Vad som utmärker dig
Avklarad högskoleutbildning inom el, elektronik, fysik alternativt mekatronik eller annan jämförbar utbildning med kunskaper inom el, elektronik eller termodynamik. Arbetslivserfarenhet inom området är önskvärt men ej krav för denna roll.
Du är bekväm med att arbeta med specifikationer samt testning av elektronisk hårdvara, komponenter och system.
Meriterande med kunskap inom industristandard, företrädesvis EN60335.
Som person kan du visa på analytisk förmåga och problemlösande. Du tar ansvar för egna arbetet och applicerar eget initiativ för att hitta lösningar.
Rollen förutsätter god kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Join the Appliance – Testing & Development Team and play a vital role in bringing cutting-edge heat pump technology to market! We are a dynamic group responsible for the full development cycle, from concept development to final release. We employ a blended approach of virtual simulation, rigorous lab testing and customer site field tests. As a Testing and Development Engineer, you will be at the heart of this process, contributing to the development and validation of our newest developments. Your key responsibilities will include:
Executing and documenting lab-based hardware and functional testing of heat pumps at appliance and system level to validate the functionality and identify areas for improvement
Designing and creating test plans that align with industry standards and internal requirements
Bridging hardware and software development by collaborating closely with our software development colleagues by creating, reviewing and interpreting technical specifications particularly focusing on function descriptions
Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting to prepare heat pump systems for testing, including software flashing, wet rig installation, and proactive fault finding and resolution to ensure smooth and efficient testing processes





Qualifications


Education:
Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent industry experience

Technical skills required:
Experience in hardware / function testing in the lab at system or appliance level
Knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics

Technical skills preferred:
Refrigeration application or HVAC background
Experience in writing specifications for hardware / software and test descriptions
Experience with Matlab Simulink & JIRA

Personal skills
Eager to grow in the technical field and hands-on work in the lab
Good communication skills, working language is English

Your contribution to something big
You will, in large, install heat pumps in a lab environment, perform tests and write reports.
You will analyze internal and external requirements and produce material order specifications.
You will break down and analyze electrical requirements according to safety, legal, functional, and cost.
You will participate in supplier meetings.
You will build harness samples from the ground up and install various electrical components in heat pumps.
You will support other departments with analysis and troubleshooting of different electrical problems in the lab, production and in the field.
You will drive 8D topics and risk assessments.
You will take part in and drive FMEA’s.



Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Required skills
Relevant electrical education or several years of experience as an appliance or component tester.
Experience in electrical testing according to relevant product standards and troubleshooting.
Self-driven and experienced with various tools for building physical samples.
Problem solving mindset.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred skills
Experience using various electrical test equipment e.g. multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers etc.
Certified electrician.
Knowledge in IEC 60335 and product certification topics.
EMC experience.
Experience using product lifecycle management (PLM) software.

As a field test coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating all field test activities in projects.
Create field test planning
Define field test appliance number and duration
Define diagnostic equipment and responsible for data analysis
Define return path of material
Conduct field test preparation
Select suitable customers and supervise installation & commissioning
Support contract and other agreement preparation
Coordinate sample preparation, certification, troubleshooting information
Conduct field test operation
Visit & monitor load profiles and inspect field test appliances
Record and track field test failures
Replace or upgrade field test appliance
Evaluate field test appliance and create field test report



Qualifications
Education:
Degree in engineering or equivalent with technical background

Technical skills
Some working experience in appliance field test
General knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineering
Knowledge of relevant standards and regulation.
Experience in running testing at appliance or system level
Refrigeration application or residential heating background is beneficial
